We love putting a face on local food. These winter markets are a great way to get to know your local farmers and producers! - Fresh linguini from Fede Pasta in Irwin, PA is a perfect match for Mama Antoinette’s Sunday Meat Sauce. Her sauce will feature meats from The Ross Farm.
- Fresh salad with greens & endive, house-made Italian lambrusco dressing and shaved 4 yr-aged Emerald Valley Artisans Italina (provolone).
- Crusty bread from Mediterra Bakehouse with dipping oil from The Olive Tap.
- Save room for dessert – cannoli from Chicco Baccello!

The Marketplace at Emerald Valley offers off-site catering for both corporate and personal entertaining/special events.
This example event below was held at the Duncan & Miller Glass Museum on the 22nd to showcase the new museum to the benefactors and workers that had helped to complete the project. The Marketplace at Emerald Valley is the official dedicated caterer for the museum and setup the selections of food using actual Duncan Pieces! The Ivy Green made the beautiful floral arrangements.

First Fridays of Downtown Washington takes place in Community Pavilion, right next door to The Marketplace! So if it’s First Friday, we’re gonna party ’til the cows come home!! Open until 9pm.
Join us for LOCAL LIBATIONS and the region’s premier farm-to-table menu! On May 3rd, Red Pump Spirits will be servin’ up Mules & Manhattans with their award-winning Blue Parrot Vodka! And we will be serving our signature Rebel Yell made with Ridge Runner Carbonated Rootbeer Moonshine.
